Hey I’m Nickolas Kossup, a designer and art director with over 14 years of experience. Design has been a constant in my life, shaping both my creative perspective and technical skillset. I specialize in real estate, gaming and entertainment, pharmaceutical, and beauty, creating work across web, branding, marketing, and print. My work has been recognized with a Gold Addy and Judges’ Choice award, along with Honors from Awwwards.
I currently work with Samsung, designing TV-first experiences across their entertainment ecosystem. My work has supported global campaigns reaching over a billion impressions, focused on translating advanced technology into clear, high-performing creative at scale.
Prior to that, I spent over 7 years as a Design Manager at ZAM Agency, the design and marketing arm of Tencent Games. I led internal and external teams across multiple time zones, crafting high-quality digital experiences and campaigns for a range of global gaming titles, overseeing projects from concept through delivery.
While much of my work has focused on gaming and real estate, my experience extends into beauty and pharmaceutical, where clarity, trust, and precision are critical. Across every industry, my focus is the same: building thoughtful, effective design that connects with people and performs at scale.
I’m based in the Lehigh Valley, centrally located between New York City and Philadelphia, where I live with my wife, daughter, and two dogs. Outside of work, I spend time outdoors and write, record, and perform music.
